We love our residents, and as you begin your spring cleaning rituals, we wanted to remind you of some of our fantastic resident services we offer with the ultimate goal of making your lives easier when you live here with us!
Concierge Package Services
You never need worry about a conspicuous package on your stoop when you live with us! You receive an email notification every time you receive any sort of package, whether it’s new shoes from Amazon or perishable goods that we’ll store in the refrigerator. If you’re out of town, let us know and with your permission we will even deliver the packages right inside your apartment!
Concierge Dry Cleaning Services
You’re busy, and we know that. You don’t have time to walk your clothes all the way to the dry cleaner, so we’ll take care of it for you! Drop off your clothes at the concierge desk and we’ll give them to the cleaners; then, we’ll let you know with an email notification when they’re ready to be picked up!
Away From Home Services
It’s spring break, and a week-long beach vacation is calling your name, but you have a cat to feed, papers to put on hold, and plants to water! Don’t even give it a second thought – with advanced notice, our Concierge team is able to feed your cat, water your plants, hold your mail, and anything else you might require while you’re gone!
Daily Coffee Bar
Get your fix for free at our coffee bar in the clubroom, filled with your favorite flavors! Prefer a different flavor? Put in your requests with us and we’ll try our best to accommodate! No need to wait in line at a coffee shop only for them to spell your name incorrectly on the cup!
Scheduling a meeting and need a conference room? Want to screen a movie with your friends? Having a baby shower and need a large space & bar to accommodate? Or holding a graduation party and want a view that will WOW your guest? We’ve got all of those and more available for you to reserve for private events. You can reserve an amenity space on your resident portal space or by contacting the Concierge desk.
Our community is small, and we love it that way, because residents truly get to know their neighbors! Our frequent resident events certainly help with this as well! With a comprehensive resident event schedule published every month in an eblast to all residents, we’ve hosted events anywhere from Yappy Hours for dogs to resident breakfasts, catered holiday dinners, pumpkin carving, garden parties on the rooftop, and more!
Resident Rewards Card
We’re lucky to be in one of the best locations in the city, with walk-able restaurants, grocery stores, neighborhood staples, coffee shops, pharmacies, dog parks, bus lines, schools, churches, and more right next door to us! We’ve partnered with many of these local businesses to offer our residents great discounts! At move in, residents receive a Resident Rewards Card with special deals at local businesses and we’re always expanding our list of participating partners!
Convenient Rent Payment
Sometimes it’s hard to remember when the first of the month is approaching! We make it easy for you by providing many convenient payment options. You can even pay by text message! Sign up for pay by text, one-time auto debit, pay by credit card, auto pay, and more on your resident portal.
Free Resident Fitness Classes
Work out with dedicated instructors for FREE four days a week! Between our 24 hour fitness center and spin & yoga studios, we offer residents at least 4 classes with certified instructors through VFit available for free for residents – all you have to do is RSVP! We offer classes like Yoga, Run Club, Kickboxing, Spin Classes, Bootcamp Fitness, Conditioning, and more! Class schedules and offerings are updated based on demand and season, so there’s always something for everyone, whether you’re a marathon runner or a yoga beginner.
New & Exciting Updates
The best part about living at 3333 Wisconsin is that we’re always listening to feedback from our residents and working to make our residents’ experience the best it can be. We’re constantly changing and upgrading in response to resident feedback. For example, just this week we added a new iMac computer in our business center because residents requested one! In response to resident suggestions we’ve also hosted frequent & varied resident events, added a ping-pong table to our list of amenities, catered our fitness classes to specific suggestions, upgraded our amenity hours of operation, and more!
